What you will do

  • Sell programmable voice, messaging, Voice AI, and networking products to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new business.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to design custom communications and AI solutions that solve real business problems.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting to ensure predictable growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers define success metrics and hit business objectives post-sale.
  • Execute both quick-win transactional deals and complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct experience in CPaaS, Voice AI, IoT, or similar technical infrastructure sales.
  • Proven success in closing both Enterprise and SMB deals across varying levels of complexity.
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas with a top-performer mentality.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and familiarity with frameworks like SPIN, GAP, Challenger, or MEDDPICC.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
  • BA/BS degree required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Fortune 500 or Telco new business sales.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles including RFPs and PoCs.
  • Proven track record of C-Level selling.
  • Technical understanding of SIP trunking, phone number provisioning, or carrier networks.
