What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales on enterprise deal-related matters and creative deal structuring.
• Review order forms for accuracy, pricing, and compliance with revenue recognition policies.
• Manage the deal approval queue and escalate complex transactions as necessary.
• Analyze transaction trends and efficiency metrics to identify process gaps.
• Deliver training to sales teams on deal desk processes and quote-to-cash best practices.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Support teams to ensure operational alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, finance, or operations.
• Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes and contract lifecycles.
• Experience managing complex software deals through the full order lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, CLM, and CPQ tools.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
