What you will do

• Lead full-cycle global recruitment for technical and business functions across NA, EMEA, and LATAM.
• Partner with business leaders to provide market intelligence and develop informed hiring strategies.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies using AI-powered tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent communities.
• Drive strategic TA initiatives, including process optimization, employer branding, and technology implementation.
• Collaborate with People Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience during the first 90 days.
• Utilize Greenhouse and recruiting analytics to optimize operations and deliver talent insights.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within high-growth SaaS, AI, or technology companies.
• Proven track record of hiring for Engineering, GenAI, Product, Sales, and Leadership roles.
• Experience recruiting across multiple global regions (North America, EMEA, and LATAM).
• Expertise in engaging passive talent through advanced sourcing techniques and AI tools.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, CRM platforms, and recruiting analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a data-driven mindset.
