What you will do

• Establish governance models, standards, and systems for customer master data across commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain golden records for patients, providers, and healthcare organizations.
• Serve as the primary business owner for customer data within Salesforce.com, overseeing account hierarchies and deduplication.
• Ensure all data handling, encryption, and audit processes strictly adhere to HIPAA and internal privacy policies.
• Partner with IT, Analytics, and Revenue Cycle teams to manage data flows between CRM, MDM, and data warehouses.
• Lead initial data clean-up, normalization, and remediation of high-impact data quality issues.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer master data management, data governance, or CRM data operations.
• Hands-on experience managing sensitive data in Salesforce.com.
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and compliant handling of PHI/PII in a regulated environment.
• Experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, Profisee, Reltio) and data cataloging tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
