What you will do

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for clinical data completeness and effectiveness within the Data Products pillar.
• Monitor healthcare facilities to identify and quantify data gaps in clinical documents such as EHRs and discharge summaries.
• Map and correlate data across structured claims, CCDAs, and ADT messages to uncover systemic patterns of missingness or latency.
• Recommend and guide the implementation of optimal technical configurations for existing data vendors based on rigorous quality analysis.
• Develop a data-driven framework for prioritizing facility targets for direct data acquisition.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Clinical teams to validate data quality and clinical utility.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 2+ years of hands-on data analytics experience with direct exposure to healthcare data interoperability.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets (claims, clinical logs).
• Hands-on experience with healthcare data standards: HL7, CCDA, and ADT messages.
• Experience analyzing interoperability networks (e.g., Carequality, CommonWell, eHealthExchange).
• Ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with TEFCA/QHIN frameworks and national interoperability standards.
• Familiarity with vendor platforms such as Bamboo Health, HSX, Particle Health, or Kno2.
• Background in value-based care, population health, or clinical data operations.
• Experience with claims-clinical data reconciliation.
• Comfort working with Python for data manipulation and automation.
