Data Analyst, Clinical Data Effectiveness (AI)

What you will do

• Analyze clinical data completeness, usability, latency, and consistency across facilities, vendors, customer markets, and integration pathways.
• Monitor the quality of clinical documents, including EHR records, discharge summaries, procedure notes, CCDAs, claims, and ADT messages.
• Build transparent reporting on ADT coverage across counties, facilities, organizations, and EMR systems.
• Evaluate vendor configurations and conduct proof-of-concepts for data integration technologies such as Kno2 and Particle Health.
• Develop frameworks for prioritizing direct facility data acquisition based on impact, cost-effectiveness, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Clinical teams to define requirements, implement reliable pipelines, and validate clinical data utility.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on data analytics experience with direct exposure to healthcare data interoperability.
• Strong experience with HL7, CCDA, and ADT messages.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex healthcare datasets.
• Experience analyzing interoperability networks such as Carequality, CommonWell, or eHealthExchange, or working with HIE integrations.
• Ability to visualize data and present complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-directed investigative approach with the ability to manage multiple analytical projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with TEFCA/QHIN frameworks and national interoperability standards.
• Familiarity with Bamboo Health, HSX, Particle Health, Kno2, PCC, or Experian data exchange platforms.
• Background in value-based care, population health, or clinical data operations.
• Experience reconciling claims and clinical data, such as matching EOBs to clinical encounter records.
• Comfort using Python or similar tools for data manipulation and automation.
