What you will do

• Lead healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients within an agile team.
• Implement enterprise-scale application and reporting solutions.
• Design, code, and deliver hirify.global HIS products and customer solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to deliver data-driven products.
• Support product development for customers across the US and globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Amazon QuickSight.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as S3, Athena, Redshift, or RDS.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in at least one data development language (e.g., Python).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Work experience with healthcare data and healthcare-related security concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for creating user-friendly dashboards.
