What you will do

• Own and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and display networks.
• Drive the adoption of AI and generative AI to improve campaign performance and marketing workflows.
• Build scalable marketing capabilities through feed management, conversion tracking, and automation.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing strategies across eight European markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or paid media.
• Proven experience integrating AI or generative AI tools into marketing workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPM, and CPC.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and display retargeting.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with app marketing and performance campaigns.
• Proficiency with tools like ProductsUp, Channable, AppsFlyer, or Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or similar analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of another European language.
