What you will do

• Execute the DACH marketing plan and manage the regional budget to ensure efficiency and high ROI.
• Plan and execute targeted lead-generation and ABM campaigns to warm up priority accounts.
• Organize owned and external events from initial concept through to on-site delivery and post-event follow-up.
• Measure and optimize marketing performance based on account engagement and influenced opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and HQ Marketing to align strategies with commercial goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, SaaS, or advertising industries.
• Practical experience in field marketing, lead generation, and demand generation.
• Strong understanding and application of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles.
• Exceptional communication skills in German and English (C1 or above).
• Must be based in Germany.
