What you will do

• Manage day-to-day community activity across social platforms, including moderation, publishing, and engagement.
• Create and adapt compelling, platform-native copy in both German and English.
• Execute editorial calendars and collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ideate engaging content.
• Monitor conversations, track performance, and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Support influencer and creator identification, outreach, and campaign coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with talent, agents, and creator networks.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in a Community Manager or Social Media role, preferably in an agency.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Strong copywriting skills and experience with moderation and escalation processes.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany to support a hybrid work model.
• Experience with publishing and listening tools like Sprinklr, Khoros, or Hootsuite.
