What you will do

• Map and hunt relevant affiliate creators in your assigned market and category using AI-powered discovery tools.
• Review creator content and document high-performing work in the CRM to inform selection decisions.
• Execute a structured selection process, extending targeted invitations and managing commission structures.
• Drive posts toward engagement targets and manage performance-based paid amplification.
• Manage the full CRM pipeline including outreach, sample logistics, and performance reporting.
• Use AI to scale personalized outreach and present market insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or have graduated within the past year.
• Native TikTok fluency with deep knowledge of creator ecosystems and trends.
• Strong analytical instincts for social listening and KPI reporting.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to scale outreach or analysis.
• French proficiency required for Paris roles; German proficiency required for Frankfurt roles.
• Hunter's mentality with disciplined CRM habits and high-volume outreach experience.
