What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of Solution Engineers across multiple regions in the IMETA market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive growth.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations for workforce planning, skills gap analysis, and budget alignment.
• Develop best-in-class hiring plans, conduct technical assessments, and secure top talent.
• Remain hands-on to support the team with technical questions and deliver field feedback to the Product function.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland for a hybrid work arrangement.
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing pre-sales teams.
• Proven experience managing Middle East and/or African markets.
• Arabic language proficiency is required.
• Familiarity with the MEDDICC sales qualification framework.
• Expertise in building and presenting technical demonstrations with a focus on value selling.

Nice to have

• Technical skills in the identity and security space (IAM, CIAM, VPN, MDM, Active Directory, LDAP).
• Knowledge of the Okta platform and competitive product offerings.
