What you will do

• Analyze and implement new accounting standards across the organization.
• Document technical accounting positions and prepare supporting memoranda.
• Serve as the primary accounting lead for M&A and strategic transactions.
• Refine global accounting policies to ensure U.S. GAAP compliance.
• Partner with Tax, FP&A, and General Ledger teams on technical matters.
• Oversee complex areas including stock-based compensation and lease accounting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred).
• 6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and complex accounting topics.
• Proven ability to research, analyze, and resolve unstructured accounting issues.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
