Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager (Finance): Own end-to-end consolidation of financial statements across multiple legal entities with an accent on intercompany accounting, SOX controls, and US GAAP compliance. Location: Must be present in San Jose or San Francisco office 4 days per week (Hybrid)

Salary: $191,000–$255,000 per year

What you will do

• Own consolidation of financial statements including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency adjustments.
• Manage NetSuite as business process owner for consolidations and multi-entity accounting.
• Design and improve intercompany accounting policies and workflows.
• Lead SOX control ownership and partner with auditors on testing.
• Coordinate accounting close calendar and support IPO readiness.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff involved in consolidation processes.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of accounting experience with consolidation and multi-entity accounting.
• CPA certification required.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld and intercompany management.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP consolidation principles and SOX controls.
• Experience working cross-functionally with accounting, tax, and financial systems teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with IPO preparation and public company reporting.
• Familiarity with consolidation automation tools like BlackLine or OneStream.
• Experience with multi-currency and international subsidiary reporting.
• Background in capital-intensive or infrastructure-heavy businesses.
