What you will do

• Build and maintain planning models for demand, supply, and inventory.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business review data packs, analyzing actuals vs. targets and KPI summaries.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using Power BI.
• Support S&OP data preparation by consolidating inputs and validating data.
• Collaborate with BI analysts to migrate manual outputs to structured data pipelines.
• Handle ad-hoc analytical requests from operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations planning, supply chain, or business analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex models, structured references).
• Basic to intermediate SQL for querying and validating operational data.
• Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent dashboarding tools.
• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Strong structured thinking and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with ERP system data structures.
• Experience working within an S&OP process.
