What you will do

• Analyze the customer journey from acquisition and conversion to retention and revenue.
• Define and maintain consistent business metrics across marketing, sales, customer success, product, and finance.
• Extract, combine, clean, and validate data from operational and analytical systems.
• Investigate causes of performance changes in funnels, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Develop and test hypotheses against available data to provide a clear basis for business decisions.
• Implement data models, dashboards, and automations to remove manual work and improve reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• General programming knowledge (SQL, Python, JavaScript, or APIs).
• Basic understanding of statistics, including the difference between correlation and causation.
• Ability to critically evaluate and utilize AI assistants for research, coding, and documentation.
• Ability to explain complex findings in clear, actionable language.
