What you will do

• Hire, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Solution Engineers.
• Partner with Account Executives to discover customer pain points and secure technical wins.
• Collaborate with senior customer technical leaders on strategic opportunities.
• Design and execute Go-To-Market strategies to exceed regional booking targets.
• Serve as a bridge between field feedback and internal Product/Engineering teams.
• Present on IAM and cybersecurity topics at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing Solution or Sales Engineering teams.
• Experience recruiting and onboarding top-tier technical sales talent in high-growth environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to blend technical excellence and value-selling methodologies.
• Ability to lead architectural discussions across a complex, highly technical product portfolio.
• Demonstrable experience building trust-based relationships with technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Technical expertise in security or identity space (e.g., CIAM, PAM, ISPM, Federation/SSO, Active Directory, LDAP).
• Understanding of competitor product offerings in the IAM, IGA, and cybersecurity markets.
