AI Cybersecurity Solutions Director (AI)

Location: Remote, with listed locations in Washington, DC, USA; Cambridgeshire, UK; and The Hague, Netherlands. Occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility may be required.

Salary: $162,800–$302,300 annualized USD.

What you will do

• Build and define the go-to-market strategy for AI and machine learning cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop offerings addressing threat detection, security operations automation, identity intelligence, data protection, and AI or model security.
• Represent the solutions in executive conversations with CISOs and senior security leaders.
• Own Fortune 500 accounts, revenue targets, account plans, and growth strategies.
• Lead complex sales cycles and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in the CRM.
• Partner with delivery and technical leaders to shape solutions and ensure quality execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution sales, business development, or consulting sales.
• Track record of closing complex seven-figure deals and meeting or exceeding revenue or bookings quotas.
• Experience selling cybersecurity solutions or services to large enterprise or Fortune 500 buyers.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications to security problems.
• Ability to lead credible executive conversations, influence CISO-level stakeholders, and translate technical capabilities into business and risk outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience at a consulting firm, systems integrator, cybersecurity product, or cybersecurity services company.
• Relationships across financial services, manufacturing, retail or CPG, healthcare, or energy and utilities.
• Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, IAM, data security, cloud security, enterprise AI/LLM security, model risk, and AI governance.
• Knowledge of NIS2, SEC cyber disclosure, or sector-specific regulatory frameworks.
• Master’s degree in Business or Business Administration.
