Campus Talent Advisor

TL;DR

Campus Talent Advisor (HR/Recruiting): Supporting campus recruiting efforts by attracting, engaging, and hiring top student talent across multiple service areas. Focus on coordinating recruiting events, managing internship programs, and building strong relationships with university career services and student organizations.

Location: Must be based in the United States. This role requires up to 50% travel, including overnight and evening events.

Salary: $51,000–$112,200

What you will do

• Plan and execute campus recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and recruiting materials.
• Manage internship and entry-level job postings in the ATS and on university boards.
• Support candidate communications, interview scheduling, and the overall hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, professors, and career services teams.
• Assist in the management of internship and early talent programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, event planning, or customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
