Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco and attend the office 3 times a week, especially during onsite interviews.

Annual cash salary: $96,000–$125,000.

What you will do

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Manage candidate communications and support a positive recruitment experience.
• Use Gem Scheduling, Greenhouse, and other applicant tracking tools to maintain accurate candidate records.
• Support job description preparation, resume screening, candidate sourcing, and recruitment initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team and assist with onsite interview coordination.

Requirements

• Based in San Francisco and able to attend the office three times a week.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Experience with Greenhouse, applicant tracking systems, candidate management tools, HR databases, or recruitment marketing tools.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Experience managing and scheduling interviews in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a SaaS or technology startup environment.
• Familiarity with high-growth technology companies.
