What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and formulate targeted sourcing strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, educating them on company history, mission, and values.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews using industry best practices.
• Maintain TA software records and generate necessary reports.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure workforce planning and smooth onboarding handoffs.
• Participate in TA team meetings and contribute to special HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, human resources, business, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition within the Logistics industry (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster and maintain professional relationships.
• Adaptability to changing business needs.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago, IL office 3 days per week.
