What you will do

• Design and implement process improvement solutions to enhance system productivity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for data analytics and business intelligence needs.
• Perform complex data analysis, create automated reports, and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, identifying risks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with medical staff and management to optimize workflows and strategic outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or Healthcare Administration (or 4 years of relevant data analytics experience).
• 1-2 years of experience with relational database structures, data analysis, and reporting tools like Crystal Reports.
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, or Business Objects.
• Ability to obtain Epic official designation of Proficient within the probationary period.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare-specific applications and systems.
• Experience with Tableau and SAP products.
