Strategy & Operations Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Set strategy and solve ambiguous business problems related to care management.
• Use internal and external data, analytics, and expert insight to identify opportunities in clinical outcomes, quality, cost, and member experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams in defining impactful and achievable care management initiatives.
• Develop execution models and implementation roadmaps with clinical, quality, operations, analytics, and other enterprise stakeholders.
• Identify and operationalize innovations that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of care management services for Medicare and Special Needs populations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, healthcare, or operations, or 4+ years with a consulting firm or corporate strategy function driving strategy and operations.
• Experience in strategy consulting, commercial or business strategy, clinical operations, care management, or related areas.
• Ability to interpret data and analytics, complete analysis and modeling, and develop strategic recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder influence, organization, prioritization, and independent project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical care delivery, clinical interventions, or care management.
• Direct people leadership experience.
• Healthcare industry experience.
