Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid role, requires onsite presence in Waltham, MA).

Compensation: $165,400 – $295,600 USD (plus bonus).

What you will do

• Partner with sales teams to shape strategy for top accounts and largest opportunities.
• Develop data-driven business cases quantifying revenue growth, cost optimization, and clinical efficiency.
• Lead executive-level narratives for C-suite stakeholders including CFOs, COOs, and CIOs.
• Create and maintain value-based proposals, ROI models, and financial tools for sales enablement.
• Identify and remove barriers to closing complex deals to improve win rates and deal velocity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to align value propositions.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or enterprise SaaS/HealthTech.
• Direct experience in the US healthcare market is required.
• Deep understanding of US clinical workflows, RCM, and reimbursement models.
• Proven track record in business case development and value engineering.
• Exceptional financial modeling and ROI expertise.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and able to attend onsite meetings as required.
