What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT support in the London office.
• Provide high-quality deskside and remote assistance to staff and senior leadership.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure and cross-platform device environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Azure AD services.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve service requests to ensure system performance.
• Develop automation workflows using tools like N8N to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work from London or Cossington offices.
• Extensive experience in IT systems engineering and stakeholder support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, and device management.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell) for task automation.
• Confidence supporting both Windows and macOS in a business environment.
