What you will do

• Design and operate lossless, RDMA-capable fabrics (RoCEv2, InfiniBand) for GPU compute and storage traffic.
• Build and manage leaf-spine data center fabrics with routed underlay and overlay design (BGP, EVPN/VXLAN).
• Automate network provisioning, configuration, and validation using Ansible and Python.
• Develop telemetry and observability for the fabric using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Own and maintain the corporate office network infrastructure, including wireless, VPN, and firewalling.
• Write technical design documentation and upskill colleagues on networking concepts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating production data center networks.
• Strong expertise in dynamic routing (BGP) and overlay/encapsulation design (EVPN/VXLAN).
• Practical experience with RDMA fabrics and lossless Ethernet (PFC/ECN/DCQCN tuning).
• Proficiency in network automation (Python, Ansible) and config-as-code practices.
• Solid Linux administration fundamentals for host-side debugging.
• Experience with network telemetry and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU cluster networking (NVIDIA Spectrum-X, Quantum InfiniBand).
• Knowledge of container networking and CNI plugins.
• Experience with enterprise firewall platforms like FortiGate or Palo Alto.
• Optical layer knowledge at 200/400/800G.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP or CCIE.
