What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned customer implementation projects, ensuring on-time and on-scope execution.
• Act as the primary day-to-day customer contact for communication, expectation management, and accountability.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate global, cross-functional resources across consulting, engineering, and support teams.
• Monitor project health, identify delivery risks early, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide consistent project status reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in customer-facing professional services or software delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering software implementation projects on time.
• Strong understanding of the software implementation lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple customer projects.
• Experience working with distributed or global delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in a global Professional Services, SaaS, or enterprise software organization.
• Agile delivery experience or project management certifications (PMP, CAPM).
• Technical familiarity with SQL and/or Visual Basic.
• Experience in manufacturing processes, preferably within the Windows, Doors, or Glass industries.
