TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal. Hybrid work required (3 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes for software development teams.
• Implement and maintain Kanban and Scrum frameworks to optimize team workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline the software development lifecycle.
• Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to support project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure adherence to Agile values.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams.
• Proficiency in Agile principles including Kanban, Scrum, and Pair Programming.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
• Fluency in English (B2 level minimum).
• Must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and DevOps practices.
