What you will do

• Manage technical implementation and maintenance of new and existing client websites.
• Configure benefit class matrices, rates, permissions, and eligibility rules.
• Partner with product management and development teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
• Triage and resolve client system issues within 24 hours, maintaining ownership through resolution.
• Train clients on system features through professional presentations and demonstrations.
• Coach and mentor team members on best practices and customer insights throughout the product life cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of direct client-facing or analyst experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in benefits administration, including knowledge of plans, eligibility rules, and enrollment processes.
• Hands-on experience configuring benefits administration platforms (plan setup, rates, permissions).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.

• Experience supporting HR technology or SaaS-based benefits administration platforms.
• Background working in a professional services or client implementation environment.
