What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle delivery of technology implementation for key fintech projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve impediments and meet project milestones.
• Analyze implementation scope and define roadmaps for the successful adoption of hirify.global products.
• Provide training, consultation, and support during client and vendor conversions.
• Mentor peers and team members on best practices for product implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years (Bachelor's) or 3+ years (Master's) experience in technical implementation of financial services software.
• 2+ years of experience leading mortgage technology software implementation projects.
• Proficiency with APIs, SQL, MS Access, ServiceNow, and Powershell.
• Expertise in system architecture and enterprise software environments.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
