Candidate Experience Specialist

TL;DR

Candidate Experience Specialist (HR/Recruiting): Managing the end-to-end candidate interview journey and providing consultative guidance to hiring teams with an accent on seamless logistics and brand alignment. Focus on architecting complex interview processes across time zones and delivering high-touch onsite candidate experiences.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York, NY (minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary strategic partner for hiring teams and the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview journey.
• Architect interview processes, including structure, sequencing, and format (panel, 1:1, virtual, onsite).
• Oversee the full candidate travel and onsite experience, including itinerary design and hospitality management.
• Advise recruiters and hiring managers on best practices for candidate engagement and accessibility.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards while consistently resolving candidate care issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, guest relations, HR, or Hospitality.
• Ability to make autonomous decisions based on established protocols and navigate ambiguous situations.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and intuitive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS is preferred.
• Must be able to contribute from the office a minimum of four days per week in New York.
