What you will do
- Support Japan offices (Tokyo, Osaka, Hiratsuka) for day-to-day IT operations and projects.
- Perform setup and maintenance of standard computer systems, including OS, VPN, email, and Intune.
- Conduct onsite troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and AV equipment in meeting rooms.
- Manage IT assets and inventory using ServiceNow, including asset transfer, physical counts, and disposal.
- Maintain IT room hardware (servers, network devices, storage) and monitor environmental conditions.
- Provide basic network support, including wired/wireless troubleshooting and circuit maintenance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting end-users in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- English fluency required.
- Proficiency in diagnosing Windows/macOS issues and using imaging tools (SCCM, Intune, JAMF).
- Knowledge of network fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Experience with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow, for incident and asset management.
Nice to have
- Mandarin proficiency for supporting multinational teams.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience supporting semiconductor companies.
