Senior Lead System Engineer (Network & Edge)

What you will do

• Gather customer requirements and assess existing enterprise network environments.
• Develop design, build, and migration plans for enterprise networks.
• Propose modern network architectures using SD-WAN, SASE, and Zero Trust.
• Prepare proposals, architecture materials, design documents, and RFP responses.
• Deliver technical presentations and coordinate stakeholders during projects.
• Provide post-implementation technical support and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience designing and building enterprise network environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of LAN, WAN, and data center networks.
• Technical knowledge of network products such as Cisco.
• Experience defining customer requirements, conducting technical discussions, and preparing technical proposals and basic design documents.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward.
• Strong communication skills in Japanese.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing SD-WAN, SASE, or Zero Trust solutions.
• Experience designing cloud networks with AWS or Azure.
• Experience designing or implementing network security products.
• CCNP, CCIE, or comparable network certification.
• Large enterprise project leadership, English communication, network automation, or Infrastructure as Code experience.
