Project Manager 4 (Nuclear)

Location: Remote within the contiguous United States

Salary: $124,400–$150,138 annually; full pay range of $111,531–$174,446 annually.

What you will do

• Plan and execute complex internal and external projects in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain project management plans, approved baselines, execution strategies, and earned value plans.
• Coordinate discipline managers, performing organizations, work package managers, and qualified project resources.
• Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, and anticipated challenges.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering earned value metrics, variance analysis, schedule and cost risks, and issue resolution.
• Advance multidisciplinary projects supporting Small Modular Reactor design, fabrication, and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of project management or related experience involving high complexity and multiple interfaces.
• Demonstrated application of PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge principles and processes.
• Experience with integrated cost and schedule control or ANSI EIA-748-C Earned Value Management System practices.
• Understanding of nuclear development, NSSS and reactor component fabrication, Pressurized Water Reactor designs, and applicable nuclear regulation.
• Must be eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.

Nice to have

• PMI Project Management Professional certification or equivalent.
• Project management experience in the nuclear, energy, power plant A/E, power plant EPC, or US Department of Energy nuclear sectors.
• Experience leading a licensed nuclear design project.
