What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and acquisition.
• Manage daily budget pacing and identify performance risks and opportunities.
• Test audiences, creative approaches, and bidding strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, brand, and creative teams to produce platform-relevant content.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and share performance updates with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in retail or consumer-focused sectors.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London HQ (minimum 3 days per week).
• Strong knowledge of paid social platforms and audience targeting strategies.
• Experience working across international markets.
• Proficiency in website analytics and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
