What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media plans aligned with client KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including advanced targeting and bid strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, perform QA checks, and optimize for better results.
• Produce detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and key media partners.
• Mentor team members and support the recruitment and training process.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Proven experience in a digital marketing or agency-based role.
• Extensive experience managing paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Strong background in planning large-scale brand and direct-response campaigns.
• Experience in client-facing roles, including presenting reports and leading calls.
• Prior experience in line management or training team members.
