What you will do

• Develop comprehensive paid social media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Execute end-to-end campaign setup, including advanced targeting and bid management.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct QA checks, and optimize tactics to improve results.
• Produce detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Mentor and support team members, assisting with their training and development.
• Collaborate with planning teams and channel specialists to ensure integrated marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Proven experience in a digital marketing or agency-based role.
• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Strong background in planning large-scale brand and direct-response campaigns.
• Experience in client-facing roles, including presenting reports and leading calls.
• Some experience in line management or training others.
