Manager, Social (Paid Social)

Location: London, United Kingdom (hybrid, teams in the office around four days a week)

What you will do

• Act as day-to-day client contact for paid social, building relationships and leading status calls, reviews, and readouts.
• Translate client briefs into paid social strategies, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Setup, activate, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X, owning budget pacing and testing.
• Produce performance reports, analyse data for insights, and present recommendations to clients.
• Line manage and mentor junior team members, collaborate with planning, creative, data, and analytics teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work (4 days in office)
• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns in agency or performance marketing.
• Hands-on expertise across major platforms, especially Meta and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, optimisation, and testing.
• Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and multi-tasking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience line-managing or mentoring juniors.
• Platform certifications (Meta, TikTok).
• Work with large or complex client accounts.
