What you will do

• Lead and deliver excellence in paid social campaign activation for key client accounts.
• Provide strategic leadership, ensuring optimal performance and maximizing in-channel effectiveness.
• Line manage, coach, and mentor a team of paid social specialists, including recruitment and workload management.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, quality assurance, and performance reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and present opportunities to test and innovate within the paid social space.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Extensive experience in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and TikTok.
• Proven track record in agency-based team leadership, including mentoring and career development.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with experience in planning large-scale brand and direct-response campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex campaign rationales to clients.
• Deep understanding of how paid social integrates with broader digital and communications strategies.
