What you will do

• Develop and implement actuarial methods for policyholder option calculations.
• Review, validate, and test tools used for policyholder calculations.
• Collaborate with developers and change professionals to deliver system enhancements.
• Perform bespoke implementations of the policyholder options basis.
• Verify calculations for non-standard individual cases to ensure fair value.
• Specify and test developments for calculation tools.

Requirements

• Part-qualified pensions actuary making progress through IFoA Exams.
• Experience applying actuarial principles to UK Defined Benefit pension schemes.
• Knowledge of member and policyholder options.
• Experience in validating and testing actuarial systems or calculation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office in a hybrid capacity.
