What you will do

• Oversee BPO operations regarding pensions and HMRC reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Validate and support the submission of HMRC returns and FCA regulatory reports.
• Manage governance materials, committee packs, and operational performance MI.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, control weaknesses, and financial crime cases.
• Maintain policies and procedures relating to pensions and tax reporting.
• Coordinate with IT and suppliers on infrastructure and system oversight.

Requirements

• Understanding of UK pensions products, including SIPP and ISA frameworks.
• Knowledge of HMRC reporting requirements and FCA regulatory reporting.
• Experience with risk and control frameworks and BPO oversight models.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Bath, UK
