What you will do

• Oversee BPO operational activities and review the accuracy of HMRC reporting and submissions.
• Support FCA regulatory reporting (e.g., PSD, REP returns) and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Prepare committee packs, governance materials, and analyze MI relating to third-party delivery.
• Manage financial crime escalations and technical cases related to complex pensions and death claims.
• Maintain and govern policies, procedures, and data quality standards for tax reporting.
• Coordinate with IT and suppliers on infrastructure governance and operational resilience testing.

Requirements

• Understanding of UK pensions products, including SIPP and ISA frameworks.
• Knowledge of HMRC reporting requirements and FCA regulatory reporting.
• Experience with risk and control frameworks and third-party oversight models.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bath, UK
