What you will do

• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive data migration test activities.
• Validate complex business rules, calculations, and migration pipelines.
• Coordinate the identification, analysis, and resolution of migration defects.
• Perform migration communication, freeze, and fallback/recovery testing.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end testing across multiple workstreams in an audit-critical environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English required
• Strong experience testing across legacy and modern system landscapes.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a controlled, audit-critical environment.
• Must be based in the Amsterdam area

Nice to have

• Experience with data migration testing.
• Experience within the mortgage lending domain or mortgage systems testing.
