QA Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with product goals.
• Promote a shift-left testing culture to embed quality early in the development lifecycle.
• Design and implement automated end-to-end and integration tests using Cypress and Playwright.
• Develop and manage API test suites to validate backend functionality.
• Collaborate with developers on testability, code quality, and edge case identification.
• Manage bugs, incidents, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.
• Proven experience with Automation Testing is non-negotiable.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with Postman, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Familiarity with Github Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in Europe or South Africa (or able to work in the Netherlands).
