What you will do

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Identify and close new sales opportunities within existing accounts through strategic development.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align product solutions with customer operational needs.
• Provide technical sales support and product recommendations to improve customer performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and margin improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
• Experience in account management, technical sales, or industrial sales.
• Understanding of Clean-In-Place (CIP) processes in food, beverage, and dairy operations.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles.
• Valid driver's license.
