Technical Success Manager (AdTech)

What you will do

• Investigate and solve technical problems independently, including data discrepancies and RTB reporting issues.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Author and maintain internal process documentation and provide feedback on client-facing materials.
• Support the Sales team by relaying complex technical concepts to leads and clients.
• Assist in deploying new platforms, ad formats, and features for clients.
• Liaise with developers and product teams to report bugs, request features, and escalate issues.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required
• Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and browser developer tools.
• Working literacy in SQL (joins, filters, schema) and experience with APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving instinct and ability to work with undocumented processes.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with ad-serving platforms like Kevel or Google Ad Manager.
• Experience with AI tooling and LLMs.
• Experience in technical training or webinar delivery.
• Knowledge of HubSpot automations and Service Desk.
