What you will do

• Manage day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) activities and ensure timely execution of client needs.
• Develop and oversee channel implementation strategies aligned with platform capabilities.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide optimization recommendations to maximize revenue conversion.
• Resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Support technical roadmap planning and feature adoption for strategic clients.
• Bridge communication between client technical teams and internal stakeholders to streamline execution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in TAM, implementation, or solutions engineering within B2B SaaS or e-commerce.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and tools like Salesforce and JIRA.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI-driven tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to manage technical projects and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
