What you will do

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for the data platform.
• Drive the development of cloud-based data environments using Azure and Databricks.
• Lead FinOps initiatives, cloud cost optimization, and budgeting processes.
• Implement and improve DevOps/DataOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code standards.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, including contracts, SLAs, and procurement.
• Collaborate with Data, AI, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a data platform or technical product.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure Data Services.
• Practical knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
• Experience with DevOps/DataOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Must be based in Poland for remote cooperation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Mesh, Data Governance, or Lakehouse architecture.
• Certifications in Azure, FinOps, or Product Management.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, dbt, or Atlan.
• Familiarity with GDPR and AI Act.
