This side of the business has no owner yet — job creation and employer-candidate conversations are the two levers that move our core metric, and this role owns them end to end. Real autonomy: no direct reports, small cross-functional team, judged on outcomes not process.
🤝 You'll own: employer journey from sign-up to filled job, job lifecycle, candidate conversations, your own hypotheses and A/B tests, user interviews, and ROAS with marketing.
💫 We're looking for: 4+ years in PM, 2+ years in HR-tech/job boards/ATS/marketplace, strong SQL and data skills, real user-interview experience, English B2+.
Relevant background: HeadHunter, LinkedIn, Indeed, Huntflow, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Upwork, Toptal, Deel, or any two-sided marketplace.
