Product Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland; Limassol, Cyprus; or Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do

• Drive operational excellence across product squads and maintain delivery momentum.
• Streamline processes so teams can deliver efficiently and consistently.
• Maintain governance and documentation discipline across product work.
• Identify and resolve obstacles while connecting priorities across teams.
• Support execution from product concept through launch and beyond.
• Enable Product Owners to focus on strategic priorities while safeguarding delivery quality.

Requirements

• Experience operating across product strategy, delivery, data, and process management.
• Ability to work hands-on, adapt to changing priorities, and anticipate operational issues.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across product squads and teams.
• Availability for hybrid work in Warsaw, Limassol, or Sofia.
