Product Manager – Cloud Platform Provisioning & Persistence

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with office attendance required 10 days per month (every Tuesday and Wednesday, plus Monday–Thursday during the fourth week of each month).

What you will do

• Own the product definition, roadmap, priorities, and execution for cloud infrastructure provisioning and persistence capabilities.
• Define standardized, self-service capabilities for Aurora PostgreSQL, RDS, DynamoDB, caching, and future persistence services.
• Drive provisioning, upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, and failover capabilities in partnership with Engineering.
• Translate complex infrastructure needs into product requirements, APIs, abstractions, and sensible defaults.
• Balance developer flexibility with security, reliability, scalability, and operational consistency.
• Partner with Engineering, architecture, SRE, application teams, UX, Enablement, Support, and Outbound Product Management to validate requirements and drive adoption.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of technically oriented Product Management experience, ideally with platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Strong experience translating complex technical problems into product requirements, priorities, and execution plans.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and platform engineering concepts, including APIs, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, high availability, disaster recovery, backups, upgrades, and migrations.
• Excellent English communication skills and a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 5–10% as needed and work from the Krakow office according to the hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes-based internal developer platforms or infrastructure provisioning platforms.
• Familiarity with OAM, KubeVela, Crossplane, or Kubernetes operators and controllers.
• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code technologies.
• Experience with AWS persistence services such as Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, or Redis.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, large-scale cloud platforms, or hands-on engineering and programming.
